The 2014 Cherokee’s have returned to replace the Jeep Liberty in the lineup. The 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk Edition ($30,490+) was designed for those who are actually planning on taking their Jeeps out on the trails. With the Trailhawk you get Jeep’s Active Drive Lock with locking rear differential, skid plates and red tow hooks each rated at 8250 pounds. It has a ground clearance of 8.7″, improved approach and departure angles, and can carry a payload of up to 4500 pounds. So if you’re planning on hitting the Rubicon, this may be the model you’ll want to get.
