AEROMOBIL FLYING CAR

Written by Lee King

When I was I kid, we all believed we’d have flying cars by the 21st century. That dream looks to be a step closer to reality. The Aeromobil Flying Car ($TBA) is the brain child of Engineer Stefan Klein. He’s been working on it since the 90s and has just released his third generation prototype. His invention features an 18 foot long body, a Rotax 912 engine, and a carbon-coated stell frame with collapsible wings. The Aeromobil can fit two passengers, reaches a maximum flight speed of 124 miles per hour and can take off at any airport. There’s currently no word on when its going into production. So we’ll have to wait just a bit longer before we’re all flying to work.
