Bell & Ross make watches for astronauts, pilots and divers. Their watches are made to handle the extremes required of those professions. Dials and cases are highly visible and water-resistant, extremely accurate and all contain special functions for the watches intended use. The Bell & Ross BR 03-51 GMT Carbon Watch ($5200) was made for the air traveler. It features a 42 mm black PVD finish steel case that mimics the shape of a cockpit instrument, an anti-reflective sapphire crystal, a second time zone dial, and a large date at 12. The BR 03-51 also has a self-winding mechanical movement with a 40 hour power reserve and water resistance to 100 meters.
