CYPRESS 2015 FW15 LOOKBOOK
Cypress is Haven’s internal label and they’ve just released their second collection this season. You can see the small capsule in the CYPRESS FW15 Lookbook ($186+). The capsule features just five pieces, a jacket, an anorak, gloves, beanie, and pants, but it feels very complete.
The capsule features an Anorak Pullover in Ventile Olive and Ventile Slate, a Down Ma-1 jacket, hand-knit fingerless gloves made out cashmere, a hand-knit cashmere beanie, and zip welt pants in black and olive gray. Throw in some of your favorite T-shirts and you’ve got a perfect little fall wardrobe you can layer for days.
4CYPRESS ANORAK PULLOVER – VENTILE SLATE
The Cypress Anorak Pullover ($300) is perfect for wearing buy itself on those mild winter days or for layering with a heavy coat. This pullover is made from cotton ventile, which repels water but remains breathable at the same time.
CYPRESS ANORAK PULLOVER – VENTILE OLIVE
In addition to the water-repellent properties of the cotton the Cypress Anorak Pullover – Ventile Olive ($300) an enzyme wash is applied, giving a worn aesthetic. Additional details include a contoured torso, hidden hand pockets and a large hood with storm collar fastening.
CYPRESS DOWN MA-1 / CN JACKET
The coolest piece in the release, the Cypress Down Ma-1 ($735) will be your go to jacket this winter. It’s made from a 60/40 cotton/nylon Grosgrain outer with slimmed down insulation. For storage you get two large hand pockets and a utility sleeve pocket with riri zip fastening.
CYPRESS FINGERLESS GLOVES
Some times it’s nice to spend a littl extra on those little luxury items. The Cypress Fingerless Gloves ($186) are handcrafted from supple hand knit cashmere with tonal suede reinforced palms. You’ll love slipping this on every time you leave the house.
CYPRESS ZIPPER WELT PANT – OLIVE
The Cypress Zipper Welt Pant – Olive Gray ($244) was inspired by traditional military uniforms. Cypress is now offering the Zipper Welt in a contemporary tapered fit. These pants are made in Canada from a durable Japanese brushed broken twill cotton.
CYPRESS ZIPPER WELT PANT – BLACK
Just like the Olive version, the Cypress Zipper Welt Pant – Black ($244) has the same silhouette and material. Both Black and Olive versions have a rear gusseted leg opening which utilized a Swiss riri M6 zip. This same zip is also used on the fly next to a corozo button waist closure.
