GOOGLE CHROMEBOOK PIXEL

Written by Lee King

Google has just released its first in-housed designed laptop, the Google Chromebook Pixel ($1300+). The laptop has a Gorilla Glass 12.85-inch, 2,560×1,700-pixel touchscreen. This is a step up from Apples Retina display. The Pixel also comes with a 1.8GHz Intel i5 core processor. Additional features include 4GB of memory and 32GB SSD flash storage. If you’re looking to use this laptop to run such apps as Microsoft Office or Adobe Photoshop look elsewhere. The Pixel is meant to be cloud based only, which may be a deal breaker.
