The trip case slips onto the binding of the notebook, has a pocket on the inside and a zippered case on the outside for all of your pens and small electronics. It’s definitely big enough to fit your cell phone. The case is made from vegetable tanned Italian leather while the notebook’s binding is made from rich Italian wool felt. You also get a page ribbon in Hard Graft’s signature red and white.
