LEICA V-LUX 4
The Leica V-LUX 4 ($899) may look like a DSLR but it’s the latest point-and-shoot from Leica with and extreme zoom. The V-LUX 4 has a 24x optical zoom with f/2.8 aperture that gives you a 35mm focal length equivalent of 25-600mm. This gives you the ability to use a faster shutter speed so you can shoot in lower light with long focal lengths. Additional features include a 12.1 megapixel 1/2.3″ CMOS Sensor, 3″ LCD, 1.3 megapixel electronic viewfinder, and HD 1080 AVCHD and MP4 video.
