MAKKINGA HOUSE
The Makkinga House ($NFS) is a private residence built by DP6 Architecture Studios. It’s a beautiful representation of contemporary minimalist design. The home sits in the villages of Makkinga and Donkerbroek which are located in the Northern province of the Netherlands. The Makkinga House’s use of wood and floor to ceiling glass help it fit perfectly in with the surrounding landscape. Although it is only 1300 square feet in size, it meets the homeowners requirements perfectly.
