One of our major philsophies we have at Muted is if you use it every day you need to buy the highest quality available. Concerning EDC lights, the Maratac Copper Flashlight Rev 3 ($55) fits perfectly into that category. This light is machined from a solid piece of copper billet stock. This isn’t a copper plated flashlight. It’s hand-finished and measures 2.6″ long with a diameter of .5″, and weighs just 28 grams without the battery and 40 grams with the battery. The Maratac utilizes a Cree XP-G2 R5 LED light that lasts up to an amazing 50,000 hours. Additional features include a lens that’s been coated with an anti-reflective coating, three brightness levels, a clip and o-rings.
