New Tesla Roadster: Can Reach 60 In 1.9s And Has A 620 Mile Range
I don’t know what else to say. The New Tesla Roadster ($200K+) is a real badass. It’s amazing to me that a consumer (a consumer with 200 stacks) can now buy a car that can reach 60 mph in under two seconds. It’s simply shocking. It not only reaches 60mph in 1.9 sec but will hit 100mph in 4.2 seconds. Top speed is over 250 mph, with an insane wheel torque of 10,000 Nm. In layman’s terms that would be over 7,000 ft lbs of torque.
It’s all wheel drive and has a lightweight, removable glass roof that stores in the trunk for an open-air, convertible driving experience. The base price is $200K with a Founder’s series available at $250K.
