We’re all looking for that perfect pint of beer. And now you can get it with the NitroBrew ($500). Nirtrobrew is a system that injects nitrogen into your beer while reducing carbonation. It only takes about 1.5 minutes but the results are amazing. Nitrogen bubbles are very small and extremely stable when compared to carbon dioxide, this results in a creamy head of foam, a silky feel on the palate, and a well-rounded flavor.
The system contains a small charging station and a beautifully designed kettle. To install just mount the charging station and connect a nitrogen line. The home kit comes with an air compressor, instead of the nitrogen line, to create the nitrogen out of air. Then just fill the kettle with your favorite beer, press the kettle tip into the charging station and in one short step the NitroBrew system reduces the beer’s carbonation and energizes it with nitrogen.
