This kit gives you everything you need to easily make your own. It includes a 1 gallon glass carboy, cane siphon, yeast, campden tablets, acid blend, short-grain high polished rice, yeast energizer, and fermenting bucket. The only items not included in the kit are 1 pound of raisins, and 2.5 lbs or sugar.
