SANDWICHBIKE: FLAT-PACKED WOODEN BICYCLE

Written by Lee King

If Ikea built a bike it would probably look something like the Sandwichbike ($TBA). The Sandwichbike is the brainchild of Dutch design agency, Bleijh. It’s made of wood and arrives at your doorstep in a single box. With less than 50 pieces the bike is easy to put together and once completed provides a smooth and sturdy ride. Currently, only pre-orders are being taken, with an expected delivery of late 2013.
