The Scrooser ($3950) is an entirely different way to cruise the streets of your city. The feel of this cross between a moped and a scooter is best described as surfing the streets. The Scrooser has a standard moped frame, but the tires are noticeably fatter and it is propelled by an impulse drive electric motor. For each charge you will get about a 22-mile range and depending on the charger it will take about 1-3.5 hours to fully charge. And don’t worry if you need to take it inside, the Scrooser only weighs 61 lbs. The Scrooser is now being offered on Kickstarter.
