SECEDE S-PEDELEC ELECTRIC BICYCLE

The Secede S-Pedelec Electric Bicycle ($6,5950) is a carbon fiber, electric, urban commuter bike that breaks into two pieces for easy stowing. The frame is made from a light torsion-resistant  “full carbon monocoque”, based on M1 carbon technology. The motor is a 500-watt brushless rear hub motor that uses a lithium-ion battery in the rear fender. This setup will allow you travel at a top speed of 28 mph for about 40 miles per charge. One of the coolest features is a quick-release system on the down tube that allows you to break the bike into two pieces. With the optional bags you can easily bring your bike along for airplane rides or on the train. The Secede comes in multiple configurations and even has an unpowered version.
