The Strietman ES3 Espresso Machine ($1713) puts the art back into coffee making. Strietman is a company based out of the Netherlands who make quality coffee related products for the home. Their ES3 espresso machine uses a manual lever action to force a column of hot water through your coffee. This action gives you full control over every cup. Additional features include a manual fill open boiler, a water reservoir the holds up to 350cc of hot water, and can be purchased in either a 230v or 115v version.
