John McConell has launched a Kickstarter for a pretty cool wallet. The Sapling Wallet ($12+) may be the perfect minimalist wallet. It’s made from two wood laminate fiberboard plates held together by an elastic band. It will hold up to 8 cards, as well as cash under the band, and is small enough to be used in your front pocket. The Sapling is available in walnut, cherry or birch wood.
