What’s that I hear? Is it the death rattle for Vine? It just might be. Instagram ($FREE) has just add video to their extremely popular photo sharing app. Inside the app you will find a new movie camera icon. When you tap it you’ll enter video mode which will allow you to take up to 15 seconds of video. In addition to the new video functionality you’ll find thirteen new filters built just for video. You’ll also be able to choose your favorite scene from your video as the cover image. Instagram 4.0 is available on Google Play and Apple’s App Store.
