Villa Slow By Laura Alvarez

Written by Lee King

I love the design of this home. It has a farm like exterior with a modern interior. The Villa Slow By Laura Alvarez ($270+/night) is located in northern Spain, in the natural park of Valles Pasiegos, Cantabria. The home’s design is built on the traditional typology of a Pasiego House with a contemporary twist. The stone exterior walls and roofs contrast beautifully with the white interior wooden structure.
All materials used to build Villa Slow are reused from the old stone shed or come from the area of Cantabria. The interior features a large combination kitchen and living area, with two bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms has their own bathrooms.
A perfect vacation home for a couple or a small family.
