A MAN, A CAN, A PLAN
Okay men, here is you meal for the day; 50’s Style Creamed Chicken
Ingredients
10z can of chunky chicken breast, drained then flaked
11oz can of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
6oz can of sliced mushrooms, drained
12oz bag of �no yolk� egg noodles, cooked according to the directions on the packaging
1 cup of fat free sour cream
_ cup chopped onion
2tsp olive oil
Method
Cook onion in oil over a medium heat in a skillet until its soft. Throw in chicken and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Add the mushrooms and the soup, stir well, simmer for 10 mins. Keeping the heat low stir in the sour cream, when heated through pour over the cooked noodles and serve.
