BMW 328 HOMMAGE CONCEPT

At one time or another everyone wanted to get their hands on the classic BMW 328. A few years back BMW put together the BMW 328 Homage ($TBA) and it’s still worth taking a look at. The concept is so light, I might actually be able to lift it. It’s an amazing 1700 lbs and the loss of weight comes down to the modern materials used for the chassis, which include carbon fiber and reinforced plastic. The vintage kidney grill was inspired by the cars forerunners and the alloy wheels feature a 1930’s styling with hints of modern aesthetics. Hopefully if we pay enough attention, they’ll actually release this homage some day.
