Churchill Style

Written by Lee King

Without a doubt one of history’s most iconic and always fascinating figures, Winston Churchill has had many books written about him, but not one of them has analyzed his life and lifestyle in such a way as Churchill Style ($17). This book aims to let really understand the man behind the famous public persona, and is both an entertaining and vivid time line of his public life and also the more personal, non working aspects. We look at his cars, cigars, books, fashion, dining, pastimes and libations. He may have lived an outwardly extravagant lifestyle but actually did not have a lot of money. How we managed to live so far beyond his means is both fascinating and intriguing.
