You can now turn your standard 10-speed into a battery powered bike with the GeoOrbital wheel ($999). All you have to do is replace the front tire with the GeoOrbital and clip on the throttle. It is compatible with bikes that use rim brakes but will need an upgrade for disc brake bikes. This USA crafted product has been manufactured from aerospace-grade aluminum and is powered by hi-quality Panasonic batteries. The 500W motor design allows the cyclist to perform at twice the power of an Olympian. Keeping quality at its forefront, the wheel is fitted with a solid foam tire that promises no deflation even on the roughest of terranes.
