Having a modern personal aircraft that is safer and easier to fly than traditional prop planes is finally at hand. The Icon A5 Aircraft ($189,000) is a motorcycle for the sky. The wings fold making it trailerable so that you can take it anywhere. It can take off and land from almost any surface, including grass strips, airport runways, rivers and lagoons. The A5 limits the number of gauges in the cockpit and uses angle of attack to help the pilot better control stalling and spend more time enjoying the view. You can even get an optional parachute.
