The guys behind the Matrix Trilogy are back with a new Sci-Fi thriller and it looks like they might be be able to redeem themselves from the flop that was Revolutions. Jupiter Ascending ($TBA), directed by Andy and Lana Wachowski and starring Mila Kunis and Channing Tatum takes place in the future and is the story of a woman on earth who gets targeted by the Queen of the Universe because her genetic signature marks her as the next in line for the throne. Tatum plays a genetically engineered ex-military hunter who comes to earth to protect her. The wire work reminiscent of the first Matrix looks amazingly well done and I hope the plot and character development are just as good.
