Ok, so everyone knows President just got back from a tour of Asia and upon returning gave a 20+ minute review of his accomplishments. Halfway through the speech he started sounding like he was having a stroke. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a glass of water. Now, why is that funny you ask.
