Sausage Party is the first R-rated CG animated movie. It follows a group of supermarket products which go on a quest to discover the truth about their existence and what really happens to them when they leave the grocery store.
This film is a cartoon, but it is definitely geared towards adults. I’m surprised they got the trailer passed sensors because the food looks, let us just say, very suggestive.
Sausage Party will hit theaters August 12, 2016, and features the vocal styling of comedy stars Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Danny McBride, Craig Robinson, Paul Rudd, Nick Kroll, David Krumholtz, Edward Norton, and Salma Hayek.
