Architects have always looked to make the best use of space by creating smaller structures. But with budgets decreasing architects have readjusted their focus into making these small buildings unique with trendsetting ideas. Small Architecture Now ($40) showcases some of the best works from some of the best architects in the world. The structures included in the book range from vacation cabins, and pop-up stores, to housing for victims of natural disasters. They feature the works from some of the greatest names in the industry and a few unknowns. They include 2013 Pritzker Prize winner Toyo Ito, Alvaro Siza, Kazuyo Sejima, and Olafur Eliasson. If you’re in to right sizing then Small Architecture Now is a great look into the industry.
