The Shawshank Redemption ($5) is another movie that is oft seen on the must see lists. Based on a short story by Stephen King, it’s the story of two prisoners who form a bond over several years and who find both redemption and solace through acts of common decency. Directed by Frank Darabont and starring Tim Robbins, Morgan Freeman and Bob Gunton this is a movie that gets inside your head and never leaves.
