JAGUAR MARK 2 REDESIGNED BY IAN CALLUM

Written by Lee King

When you’re the Director of Design for one of the most historic car companies in the world what car from its vaulted catalog would you design for yourself? Well, Ian Callum from Jaguar decided on a recreation of the 1950’s Mark 2. The Jaguar Mark 2 By Ian Callum ($NFS) maintains the cars original purity but boasts a number of aesthetic and technical modifications. Some of these include a 4.3-liter XK engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, independent rear suspension, and modern front brakes. While the interior includes a Clarion NZ502E multimedia station with a 6-inch screen. Here’s hoping they roll this car into next years production.
